AUTOMOTIVE SALES ASSISTANT

Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a proactive, team-oriented Sales Assistant. The candidate will be responsible for supporting our Sales team in maintaining and growing business.

PAY RATE $16-17/HOUR

PAID WEEKLY

Responsibilities:

• Check inventory needing car wash and fuel
• Assist with social media platforms and tasks
• Answer phone calls and emails daily
• Proactively seek out information and master operations of all features and controls on Lexus vehicles
• Improve technology information on Lexus of Cool Springs website, including quick guides and explanation of features
• Assist Sales team with moving cars as needed or on a set weekly schedule
• Assist managers with overflow duties
• Assist sales team daily with delivery process (car wash, fuel)
• Complete and stay up to date on all Lexus training
• Adhere to all company policies, procedure and safety standards
• Perform other duties as assigned
