Stylist - Drybar Brentwood Hill Center, TN

Join the Drybar team at the Brentwood Hill Center. This role supports the Drybar brand as a stylist, cosmetologist, hair stylist, braider, or barber.

14.00/hr –  295.00/hr

Drybar – Nashville Shops. The location is at 213 Franklin Rd, Brentwood, TN Suite 100. At Drybar you will join a fun, supportive, and passionate team that thrives on learning from one another. Hourly pay ranges and commissions:

• 20– 31 per hour (not including cash tips). Please review the average breakdown below.
• 12.00 per hour for starting rate
• 12.50 after 6 months
• 13.00 after 18 months
• 10% commission on product/tool sales, lock & mane extensions sales (products/tools range  14– 295)
• 20% commission on add‑on services (e.g.,  15 service to a  25 premium service)
• 5 or  10 commission on membership sales (Barfly Single or Barfly Double)

• Work a weekly weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Blackout dates – must work the eve of holidays (Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving Eve, New Years Eve), Valentine’s Day, CMA Fest Week (June), CMA Awards (November)
• Work a minimum of 2 shifts per week
• Hold a current and valid cosmetology, braiding, or barbers license for the state of Tennessee
• Ability to work with and be part of a team
• Desire to be part of an inclusive and supportive team where everyone can be themselves
