WhatYou'll Do
- Provide critical support to the Compliance Program Structure & Regulatory Support function through research, data analysis, process administration, and collaboration on projects and initiatives.
- Maintain foundational compliance systems, ensuring accurate documentation and reporting functionality.
- Assist with risk assessment, work plans, and reporting by gathering data, preparing dashboards, and drafting analyses for leadership review.
- Monitor regulatory updates, support due diligence reviews, and help coordinate education and training delivery and participation tracking.
- Contribute to a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support incident management system users and perform initial intake and monitoring for compliance reports.
- Assist with the planning and tracking of compliance program projects and initiatives, coordinating documentation, performance tracking, and results management.
- Help promote a culture of integrity by supporting awareness of reporting mechanisms and compliance expectations.
- Engage in continuous learning and professional development efforts.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School diploma required;
Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of healthcare experience with a minimum of two (2) years of related or transferable Compliance/Risk experience required. - Prior experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- This position may require overnight travel up to 25%.
