• Develop and execute individualized care plans for each patient.
• Provide personalized treatment, education on pain causes, mobility improvement, and injury prevention.
• Deliver care plans with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinic operations, ancillary services, and the extended therapy team.
• Maintain documentation using TOA’s EHR/EMR systems.
• Achieve performance objectives in patient outcomes, satisfaction, and productivity.

• Passion and proven ability to deliver exceptional therapy care.
• Experience working with physicians, colleagues, and patients to create and deliver effective treatment plans.
• Ability to treat a diverse patient population, including adults, athletes, adolescents, and geriatrics.
• Teamwork skills – willing to support colleagues as needed.
• Certification and licensure from the State of Tennessee, or ability to obtain licensure within a reasonable timeframe.
