BUILDING 3, SUITE 200 [Medical Records Clerk] As a Referral Coordinator at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Receive and respond to all referral inquiries and provide appropriate information to potential patients, their families, and the referral sources;
Assess and provide clinical judgment for the client/referral to the appropriate level of care;
Manage each referral packet and the disposition for all assigned facilities;
Gather and maintain notes of all contacts involving each referral as well as update status of referral in the referral database and generates reports of those contacts.
