We are seeking a Network Architect to join a leading healthcare organization in Brentwood, TN. This role combines technical expertise with a consultative approach
, requiring proven communication skills and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively. You will design and implement secure, scalable network architectures while serving as a trusted advisor to business and technical teams.

• Consult with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into network solutions.
• Provide a strategic, customer-focused approach to network architecture and design.
• Design and implement LAN/WAN and SD-WAN solutions using Cisco, Meraki, and Fortinet platforms.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues and ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with security teams to mitigate active threats and maintain compliance.
• Create and maintain detailed network documentation and change scripts.
• Participate in strategic planning and project meetings to support organizational initiatives.

• Associate’s degree in Information Systems / Computer Science or equivalent technical training.
• Active CCNA required.
• 5+ years in Information Systems (healthcare experience preferred).
• 3+ years hands‑on networking with Cisco projects and SD‑WAN experience.
• Strong background in LAN/WAN troubleshooting, routing protocols, IP schemes, and wireless networking.
• Familiarity with AAA, TACACS+, SNMP monitoring, and logging.

• Proven communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative mindset.
• Excellent documentation skills and proficiency with Visio and Office applications.
• Ability to balance strategic initiatives with operational problem-solving.
• Customer-focused mindset with a “can‑do” attitude.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for deployments.
