• Partner with account teams to qualify and shape opportunities from the first conversation through to deal closure.
• Assist in the creation of proposals and sales collateral.
• Respond to service/product‑related queries and manage customer interactions.
• Conduct product/solutions demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients with AI skills.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
• Create and maintain technical collateral, playbooks, and reusable assets to scale pre‑sales efforts.
• Act as a Business Analyst, gathering requirements and producing effective design documentation.

• 3–5 years of experience in pre‑sales, consulting, or technology solution roles, ideally with AI, digital transformation or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated experience in requirements analysis, solution design and creation of compelling presentations and demonstrations.
• Excellent communication and presentation with documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding expectations.
