Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated, self‑starter and detail‑oriented Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients with policy inquiries, assist with renewal activities, process policy changes, and support the sales team and the senior CSR in delivering high‑quality insurance solutions.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the insurance industry while working in a collaborative, customer‑focused environment and business family atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and professional service to customers via phone, email, and text interactions.
  • Handle policy changes, billing inquiries, claim assistance and assist in renewal activities.
  • Support producers and agents with applications and policy documentation and the senior CSR with renewals.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with agency and carrier requirements, including agency and sales agent licensing.
  • As assigned by the senior CSR, follow up on client requests to ensure satisfaction and timely resolution.
  • Contribute to team goals and assist in special projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Insurance Sales and general Personal Insurance products (Home, Auto, Umbrella, etc.).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills with a client‑first mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with insurance management systems, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Insurance License (Property & Casualty) required.
