Managing Estate Planning Attorney

Our client, located in Brentwood, TN, is looking to add an Estate Planning Managing Attorney to their team.

This position will step into leadership of legal operations and full oversight of estate planning for the firm.

This is a great opportunity for an attorney who is ready to step into a Managing Attorney / Partner level leadership role!

• Manage a full caseload from initial consultation through final document execution, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
• Develop, draft, and review customized estate plans—including both basic and advanced strategies—tailored to each client’s unique needs.
• Conduct client meetings, actively listen to concerns, and guide clients through the estate planning process with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, accountants, and other external professionals to support firm growth and collaboration.

• 7+ years experience in estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration
• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Active TN Bar License or ability to obtain it as soon as possible upon hire
• Master of Laws degree highly preferred
• Experience with advanced tax strategies such as SLATs, BDITs, and TISTs is required
• Strong relationship building skills, leadership experience, and process improvement skills
• Wealth Counsel, Wealth Docs experience highly preferred

$175k+ depending on experience
