Position Overview: As a CEI Project Manager at LJA Transportation, you will be responsible for all inspection activities for the Construction Engineering & Inspection Group on transportation projects. You will work directly with the Construction Manager(s) to staff projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Project Management Team to achieve operational and performance goals.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting.
• Conduct site visits, build client and stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, and oversee inspection crews.
• Review change orders and support business development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer.
• 10+ years experience on transportation projects.
• 4+ years supervising highway construction inspection staff.
• Ability to work safely on active job sites and maintain a professional image.
