The Role:We’re looking for a Lead Recruiter to manage a team of 7 recruiters in our Nashville office, with the goal of scaling that team while driving results. You’ll be a hands‑on leader, optimizing processes, mentoring your team, and actively helping them close roles with clients. The team’s success is your success, and together you’ll aim to exceed $2.5M in annual revenue for direct hire clients.
What You’ll Do:- Lead and grow a team of 7 recruiters in Nashville, while optimizing their performance
- Roll up your sleeves to help recruiters close critical roles with clients
- Collaborate with leadership to set KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds targets
- Drive $2.5M+ in annual revenue through direct hire placements in civil engineering, legal, and technology
- Foster a culture of persistence, hard work, and camaraderie while keeping Nxt Level’s standards high
- Develop recruitment strategies to target top-tier candidates in civil engineering, legal, and technology
- Maintain a focus on results, data‑driven decision‑making, and continuous improvement

- Proven track record in recruiting or headhunting, ideally in civil engineering, legal, or technology sectors
- Experience managing a team and delivering on revenue goals
- Ability to handle changing demands with ease while mentoring and guiding a growing team
- A love for building relationships and providing an exceptional candidate experience
