We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee luxury custom home projects while supporting estimating, purchasing, and operational functions.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role requires strong field and office coordination, experience working with architects and designers, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and discerning clientele.

Experience with estimating, purchasing, and internal operations is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage luxury custom home projects from preconstruction through completion
• Assist with estimating, including takeoffs, budgeting, and pricing support
• Oversee purchasing of materials, fixtures, and finishes; coordinate with vendors and suppliers
• Manage schedules, budgets, and change orders to ensure projects stay on track
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors and trade partners to maintain quality and timelines
• Conduct jobsite meetings and ensure exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail
• Support office operations, including process improvement, scheduling coordination, and internal systems

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing luxury custom home projects
• Experience with estimating, purchasing, and cost management
• Ability to manage high-end clients and maintain excellent communication
• Proficiency with construction management software
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
