Shifts:

• 2nd shift: 5 days a week, Mon-Fri, 2:45-11:15p - $32.00 per hour base pay + $0.75 shift differential
• 3rd shift: 5 days a week, including every other weekend, 10:45 pm-7:15 am - $32.00 per hour base pay + $4.00 per hour shift premium

Job Responsibilities:

• As an LPN, supervises direct care of senior resident and nursing personnel on assigned shift
• Manages accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provides direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LPN license in Tennessee required
• At least 6 months’ experience working in long-term care setting preferred
• Able to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents
• Ability to work as part of a team and to handle multiple tasks safely and effectively
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail
