As a Virtual Resource Nurse (VRN), you will leverage your critical care expertise to support bedside hospital teams remotely across the country—managing acute patient care, guiding bedside staff, and improving outcomes without the physical wear and tear of traditional bedside nursing.### Benefits

* Serve as a virtual expert clinician supporting originating hospital sites, emergency departments, ICUs, step-down units, skilled nursing facilities, and even patient homes.
* Conduct remote clinical monitoring, assessments, and rapid interventions using EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech).
* Mentor, guide, and support bedside nursing staff on clinical workflows and evidence-based protocols.
* Coordinate care across multi-disciplinary remote and on-site clinical teams.
