We are seeking a skilled and reliable Private Chef to prepare organic, healthy, and creative dinners Monday through Friday for a household of two adults and two children. Meals should be designed with high-quality, seed oil–free ingredients and an emphasis on freshness, variety, and flavor, guided by Mediterranean diet principles.

Responsibilities:

Plan and prepare dinners (Monday–Friday) for two adults and two children, with an emphasis on organic, seasonal, and nutrient-dense foods.

Design menus inspired by the Mediterranean diet (not limited to Mediterranean cuisine), featuring balanced proteins, vegetables, whole grains, and heart-healthy fats.

Create meals that are interesting, varied, and family-friendly while accommodating preferences and dietary guidelines.

Conduct grocery shopping, prioritizing organic and seed oil–free ingredients.

Complete the majority of meal preparation off-site, ensuring efficiency and quality.

Arrive at the residence for approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour each evening to finish cooking, plate, and serve meals.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food storage.

Note:

There is potential for this role to expand over time to include additional meals, such as lunches and breakfasts, as desired.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a private chef, personal chef, or in a professional kitchen.

Strong knowledge of the Mediterranean diet, health-conscious cooking, and seed oil–free preparation.

Ability to create innovative, flavorful menus for both adults and children.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for grocery shopping and commuting.
