Service Leader

About the Role

We are looking for a Service Leader who will maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served while ensuring the restaurant crew is well trained and provides excellent customer service. The Service Leader is responsible for a clean, organized line, properly functioning equipment, and assisting with various tasks to keep the restaurant running efficiently.

• Make sure great tasting, high quality food is served.
• Help resolve food quality issues.
• Support food safety procedures, including hand washing, glove changes, monitoring time and temperature, monitoring secondary shelf lives, and following the Daily Food Safety Checklist.
• Resolve customer incidents and work to ensure positive customer experiences.
• Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules.
• Develop and cross‑train all front of house crew.
• Assist with crew performance reviews.
• Develop future Service Leaders.
• Assisting with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies, and office paperwork.
• Ensure office equipment remains in working order and that office supplies are ordered as needed.

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Knowledge and experience of cash handling policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of Food Safety and health department matters.
• Familiarity with office paperwork.
• Ability to speak, write, read, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma.
• Restaurant experience.
