This is a full-time, on-site position based in Brentwood, TN, for an AM Prep Cook. The AM Prep Cook will be responsible for meal preparation, ensuring high-quality and freshly prepared food. Responsibilities include following recipes, adhering to food safety guidelines, preparing ingredients, and assisting with cooking tasks. The role requires collaboration with the kitchen team to maintain smooth operations and a high standard of service.

• Proficient in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Baking techniques
• Strong skills in Food & Beverage production and handling
• Effective Communication abilities to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices
• Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, on-site kitchen environment
• Willingness to maintain a clean and organized work area
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
