Account Executive – North American Trucking

Located in Brentwood, TN, this role focuses on our North American Fuels business, driving new sales and managing the early life cycle of accounts for commercial fleet products. The role reports directly to the Director of Outbound Sales and collaborates closely with the Fleet inside and field sales teams.

• Prospect Development:
  Utilize effective cold calling from a pre‑built database, strong presentation skills, self‑sourced prospecting, networking, and referrals to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
• Sales Execution:
  Proactively engage and present to prospective clients to promote and sell our comprehensive product offerings.
• Closing Excellence:
  Demonstrate strong closing skills to convert leads and prospects into loyal customers.
• Early Life‑Cycle Management:
  Build genuine client rapport and manage the user experience for the early life cycle of the account, assisting with onboarding, customer education, and client transitions.
• Salesforce Proficiency:
  Navigate and utilize  to track activities and manage customer interactions.

• Demonstrate above‑average abilities in discovery, objection handling, consensus building, and asking for business.
• Minimum of 2 years proven success in outbound sales.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, , Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.
• Experience in B2B sales or the U.S. transportation/payments industry is advantageous.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills with a strong interpersonal aptitude.
