Compensation& Benefits
- Base pay range: $98,000.00/yr - $/yr
- Weekly draw pay option plus commissions (no caps and short sales cycle – 3 business days) along with monthly cash sales bonuses, quarterly stock share bonuses, incentive trips, and vested renewal commissions

As a Senior Sales Representative at Alleviation, your role transcends typical sales objectives. Initially focusing on establishing your sales record, you’ll soon transition into a mentorship position, continuously maintaining your sales achievements to uphold our principle of “leadership by example.”

- Consistent record of surpassing goals and targets.
- Efficient in managing dual roles in sales and mentorship.
- Able to pass a high‑level pre‑employment background check.
- Has an active driver’s license and reliable transportation.
