For nearly 20 years, My Senior Health Plan has helped seniors navigate their Medicare options. We're seeking motivated, energetic individuals who want to build a rewarding career while making a real difference in people's lives.
What You’ll Do- Connect with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls using warm leads only (no cold calling).
- Build relationships and educate clients about Medicare coverage options.
- Schedule appointments and transfer qualified prospects to licensed agents.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM.
- Meet performance goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Associate degree in Business or related field.
- Strong communication and phone skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Coachable, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Interest in sales, healthcare, or insurance.
- Willingness to become a licensed Medicare Sales Representative (training provided).
- Sales, customer service, retail, or call center experience.
- Bilingual candidates (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or Vietnamese).
- No cold calling. All leads provided.
- Competitive hourly pay plus monthly incentive.
- Potential earnings of $55,000-$110,000+ annually.
