** Admissions Coordinator** – UHS University Health Services
Job OverviewUHS is expanding its national call center and is hiring experienced Admissions Coordinators for a full‑time, regional office in Brentwood, TN. The role involves handling inbound inquiries from prospective patients seeking addiction and mental health treatment, converting calls into admissions, and maintaining accurate documentation in MS4.
Key Responsibilities- Answer phone calls, emails, chats and texts from prospective patients, referral accounts, mobile assessors and business development representatives in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately record all patient interactions and related information in MS4.
- Provide reports, review documentation, and assist with calls, emails, chats and texts as a backup when required.
- Follow up with patients as needed or per manager requests.
- Identify outpatient leads and refer them to the appropriate team member for qualification.
- Deliver exceptional service in a supportive team environment.

- High school graduate or equivalent.
- 6 months to 1 year of transaction/relationship sales experience preferred.
- Genuine empathy for individuals facing mental health and addiction challenges.
- Excellent listening skills and ability to interpret verbal and non‑verbal cues.
- Consistently demonstrates stability and professionalism in assisting patients.
- Possesses basic knowledge of psychiatric and addiction treatment and administration.
- Strong judgment and common sense in executing written or oral instructions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, and some CRM systems.
Tuesday through Saturday (Sunday and Monday off); 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm.
