Position Summary
The HR Specialist supports the HR Admin Manager in managing labor relations and HR administrative activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and proper application of company procedures. He / she collaborates with the HR team and functional managers to guarantee efficient and compliant processes.

Key Responsibilities
Labor Relations

Support the management of relationships with trade unions and employee representatives.

Assist in preparing documentation for collective agreements and company-level agreements.

Provide support in handling disputes and disciplinary procedures.

Monitor regulatory updates and prepare informative reports.

HR Administration

Assist in managing employee records and updating the HRIS system.

Support the payroll process in collaboration with the external provider.

Collaborate in managing benefits and responding to employee requests.

Prepare HR reports (Headcount, Costs, KPIs, ISTAT questionnaires, etc.).

Assist in managing audits and internal controls.

Support hiring processes and contract management.

Requirements

Degree in Law, Economics, or related fields.

3–5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably with a focus on labor relations and administration.

Knowledge of labor regulations and HR processes.

Strong proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.

Knowledge of SAP Success Factors or similar platforms.

Familiarity with the Commerce National Collective Agreement ( CCNL Commercio ).

Excellent English skills.

Nice to have

Knowledge of INAZ or similar HR management systems.
