Position: Senior Project Manager - Fintech Sector
Experteer Overview In this role you will coordinate end-to-end projects for developing and evolving software and custom products, acting as the main link between client and internal teams. You will translate client requirements into specs, define timelines with the Technical Leader, and oversee use cases and test scenarios including UAT. You will also draft feasibility studies and pursue new business opportunities.

This position sits within TXT Novigo, a fintech/IT consulting unit of TXT Group, offering diverse client projects and growth opportunities.

Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as main point of contact for clients and internal teams for end-to-end project management

Analyze, document, and translate client requirements into functional specifications for development

Define and monitor project timelines in coordination with the Technical Leader Lead use case definition and test scenarios; support UAT and Business Testing Draft proposals and feasibility studies; explore new business opportunities

Coordinate with client and internal functions to ensure project alignment and delivery

Manage project documentation and progress reporting

ResponsabilitàAt least 5 years of experience in Project Management within Fintech/IT consulting

Experience with the banking, financial, or insurance sectors

Proven knowledge of credit management processes and products

Experience in team management and in planning/monitoring activities

Strong results orientation and client-focused consulting mindset

Excellent synthesis and analytical skills

Ability to query databases and manage SQL queries

Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Excellent communication skills;
