Network Engineer

Experteer Overview  In this role you design, implement and maintain secure, high-performance network infrastructure across our corporate and customer environments. You will work closely with security, infrastructure and application teams to ensure reliable operations and security analytics. The role combines hands‑on Fortinet technology with client-facing activities in a fast‑paced setting. You’ll contribute to scalable, secure networks that support our global semiconductor ecosystem.
Retribuzione / Benefits   Design, configure, deploy and maintain Forti Gate firewalls (security policies, NAT, routing, HA, SD‑WAN)
Manage Forti Analyzer for log collection, event correlation and reporting
Implement and support VPN solutions (IPsec, SSL VPN, site‑to‑site)
Monitor performance and security posture, proactively resolve issues
Perform firmware upgrades and lifecycle management for Fortinet appliances
Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to ensure secure operations
Conduct root‑cause analysis of network incidents and implement corrective actions
Maintain detailed network configuration documentation
Participate in on‑call rotation and provide escalation support
Responsabilità   Forti Gate hands‑on experience (mid‑range to enterprise)
Forti Analyzer experience for logging and event management
VPN technologies knowledge (IPsec, SSL VPN, remote access)
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, OSPF/BGP, VLANs, NAT)
Security concepts (IPS, content filtering, threat intelligence, segmentation)
Packet capture analysis and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Fortinet products (Forti Manager, Forti Switch, FortiAP) is a plus
Excellent communication, documentation and problem‑solving skills
Customer‑facing experience and willingness to travel up to 20%
