Principali compiti:
Gestione del lavoro e del personale di linea in turno (7 risorse), coordinandosi con Responsabile Produzione
Regolazione di macchine/impianti di confezionamento, cambi formato e in generale supporto agli operatori rispetto alle loro richieste/problematiche
Controllo e responsabilità rispetto alla sicurezza e alla qualità in turno
Requisiti necessari:
Diploma tecnico/professionale
Precedente esperienza nel ruolo maturata in reparto produttivo alimentare, la provenienza dall’area confezionamento sarà considerato un plus
Organizzazione e capacità di lavorare secondo priorità
Comunicazione attiva e aperta, con capacità di feedback costruttivi
L'azienda offre inserimento diretto a tempo indeterminato con RAL compresa tra 30K e 35K.
Orario di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì su 3 turni.
Luogo di lavoro: vicinanze Quinzano d'Oglio (BS).
