• Ensure customer shipments are filled on time and in the correct quantities.
• Read, understand, and use Product Manufacturing Instructions (PMIs), Job‑Safety Analysis (JSA), and schedules to accomplish daily shipping and receiving tasks.
• Operate shipping and receiving computer systems, forklifts, and associated equipment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy by performing basic math and maintaining an organized workspace.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally between operations, engineering, sales, and quality.
• Maintain equipment and housekeeping within the work environment.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must understand work instructions and basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Dangerous goods experience preferred.
• Must operate forklift, stock picker, electric hoist, scales, and label machines.
• Must lift up to 40 lbs and complete forklift certification within 60 days.
• Physical ability: frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, hand and finger manipulation, occasional stooping, crouching, and climbing.
• Must wear a face respirator when required.
