Brewer Operator Overnight - Oskar Blues

This position is responsible for performing basic functions in the brewhouse with supervision.
Essential Responsibilities- Maintain all quality and safety standards set for wort production at CANarchy facilities.
- Know where all raw materials are stored and the general layout of the brewery.
- Correctly and accurately weigh and stage malt, hops, salts, and brewing aids as required.
- Operate mill effectively and according to SOP.
- Follow standard operating procedures to safely handle chemicals and hoses/vessels under pressure while wearing PPE.
- Log information immediately and accurately.
- Complete general cleaning tasks (sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, vacuuming, and organizing).
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Inform coworkers and management of any problems immediately.
- Perform facility‑specific duties as required or assigned.

Full‑Time - Job Type: Non‑Exempt
- Shift: Overnight (6:00 pm–6:00 am) with a $40 shift premium per shift

- Starting at $19.85/hour, depending on experience
- Additional $40 shift premium for each overnight shift

- Minimum education:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent - Age requirement: 21 years or older
- Physical & mental requirements:
Must lift & move 10‑75 lbs; stand, sit, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, bend, talk, hear, taste, smell, see, and operate tools and controls; may work weekend and overnight shifts. - Tools & equipment used:
Brewery equipment, pallet jack, forklift, scissor lift - Required knowledge, skills & abilities:
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, multitasking; communicate effectively; make responsible decisions.
