Role: Responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a cardiology stepdown unit, collaborating with medical teams to assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs.
Key Duties- Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting any changes promptly.
- Perform procedures, administer medications, monitor responses, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Respond to patient requests with compassion, proactively anticipating needs.
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
- RN license with a Bachelor's Degree.
- 1+ years of RN experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications required within 30 days of employment.
