We are seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities Include- Assessing patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly
- Performing procedures and administering medications as ordered by medical providers
- Documenting care accurately and thoroughly in medical records
- Monitoring patient responses to treatments and medications
- Maintaining knowledge of relevant medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients
- Minimum one year of RN experience, with hospital nursing preferred
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN program, with a goal to obtain within five years
- Current RN licensure in North Carolina and BLS certification
- National certification in specialty areas
- Master's in Nursing
