Role:
The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and oversees nursing functions during their shift.
Responsibilities- Manage admission, discharge, and patient throughput efficiently.
- Assess and improve the quality of patient care services.
- Collaborate with management and staff to foster teamwork and enhance outcomes.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery efforts.
- Implement nursing strategies to improve engagement and staff satisfaction.
- Participate in hiring, training, scheduling, and personnel evaluations.
- Assist with inventory, supplies, and equipment management.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment.
- Minimum of 1 year nursing experience.
- Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
