The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a medical cardiology setting.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and evaluate nursing care in partnership with a multidisciplinary team.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
- Support improved outcomes through collaboration with leadership and subject matter experts.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to enhance performance and engagement.
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure optimal coverage.
- RN licensure with a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of RN experience required.
- Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications obtained within 30 days of hire.
