Provide evidence-based, patient-centered care in a fast-paced Med-Surg Trauma Spine unit for adult trauma and spine patients.
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and deliver skilled nursing interventions per clinical standards
- Coordinate and support treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Educate patients and families on care, recovery, and post-discharge needs
- Promote safe, effective discharges and continuity of care
- Utilize advanced technology and participate in clinical education and professional development
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and ability to manage rapidly changing patient needs
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills
- Commitment to safe, high-quality care and community-focused outcomes
