* Job Responsibilities:

**

• Provide initial client contact to assess the scope of work and resources required to complete the project.
• Oversee supervision of total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This includes interfacing with client representatives, AE representatives, other contractors, etc.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions such as scheduling, engineering, material control, and provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff in areas like accounting and purchasing.
• Supervise Field Supervisors and other contractors as required by the contract.
• Provide technical assistance, including interpretation of drawings, recommending construction methods and equipment, and initiating and maintaining extra work estimating and issuance of change orders.
• Assume responsibility for productivity, quality, safety, efficient use of resources, materials, equipment, and contractual performance of the project.

* Qualifications/Requirements:

**

• Four-year engineering or construction management degree or equivalent technical training and/or related experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of heavy civil/infrastructure/transportation-related construction project management in the field, with at least 5 years of industry experience.
• Knowledge of all aspects of construction including technology, equipment, means, and methods; supervision, estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and safety.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and supervisory skills.
• Requires significant independent judgment.
• Willingness to travel.
