We’re expanding our school-based mental health counseling program and are seeking passionate clinicians to provide behavioral health support to students of all ages. Whether you’re looking for a 10-month schedule to match the school year or a 12-month position with summer opportunities, we have flexible options to fit your career goals.
What You’ll DoAs a School-Based Psychiatric Clinician, you’ll provide behavioral health treatment, education, planning, and consultation within school systems. Using evidence-based practices, you’ll offer:
- Psychosocial evaluations
- Individual and group therapy
- Crisis intervention and family therapy (when indicated)
- IEP support and consultation
- Guidance for school staff on student mental health and wellbeing
- Master’s level licensure: LMSW-CC, LCPC-C, LCSW, or LCPC
- Experience or passion for working with children and adolescents
- Commitment to evidence-based, trauma-informed care
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- 10-month and 12-month positions available
