Customer Service Associate

Base pay range: $15.00/hr - $17.50/hr

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and patients, offer assistance with products and services, and resolve customer issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Register sales on assigned cash register, process cash, change, voids, returns, rain checks, refunds, and exchanges.
• Recommend items for sale, trade‑up, and companion items.
• Keep counters, shelves, and displays clean, well merchandised, and properly stocked; take inventory and maintain records.
• Maintain a clean, neat, orderly store condition and appearance, including exterior and interior maintenance.
• Comply with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages, tobacco).
• Implement company asset‑protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss.
• Assist with separation of food items and product placement as specified by policies/procedures.
• Provide customer service in the photo area (digital passport photo, poster print, creative machine) and suggest promotional photo products.
• Assume web pick‑up responsibilities: monitor orders, pick items, and deliver them to customers as they arrive in store.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
• Attend training and complete Program Performance Levels (PPLs) requested by Manager.

• Attend training and complete PPLs requested by Manager or assigned by corporate.

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior work experience with Walgreens.
• Preferred fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English. (Except in Puerto Rico)
