Diesel Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Milton CAT is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to launch a career as Heavy Equipment or Electric Power Generation technicians through the Diesel Technician Trainee program. A set start date in January 2027 is offered with paid training and a starting rate of $22.59/hr.
Trainees will complete 2,000 hours of intensive instruction over 12 months, rotating through multiple technical areas and traveling regionally for on-site orientations in Massachusetts.
