Office Administrator - Brewster, MA

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Tax Processor to serve on a project basis during this peak tax season. This contract role is on-site at our growing office in Brewster, Massachusetts.

• Assist with scanning large volume of client documents
• Print confidential forms to support tax organizers
• Aid with mailing forms timely
• Collaborate with other office professionals

• High School diploma and/or Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
• Ability to serve in-office to complete tasks during requested work hours
• Strong customer service skills
• Qualified applicants must reside in the continental U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
