Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field required
- Master’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field preferred
- Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience supporting individuals with various mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy
- Experience working with state agencies preferred

Base pay range: $56,500.00/hr - $61,000.00/hr
Compensation: $56,500.00 - $61,000.00 (based on experience and degree)
ScheduleMonday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities- Provide individual therapy with students as outlined in their IEP
- Crisis intervention as needed
- Participate actively in team meetings and treatment processes
- Conduct family therapy sessions when applicable
- Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses
- Facilitate quarterly meetings with families and collaterals
- Attend clinical supervision and annual IEP/ISP meetings
- Facilitate time‑limited therapeutic groups
- Assist in direct care as needed
