• Bachelor’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field required
• Master’s degree in social work, Counseling Psychology, or a related field preferred
• Massachusetts Social Work license or licensure eligible preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience supporting individuals with various mental health and behavioral needs through individual and group therapy
• Experience working with state agencies preferred

Base pay range: $56,500.00/hr - $61,000.00/hr

Compensation: $56,500.00 - $61,000.00 (based on experience and degree)

Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Brewster, MA

• Provide individual therapy with students as outlined in their IEP
• Crisis intervention as needed
• Participate actively in team meetings and treatment processes
• Conduct family therapy sessions when applicable
• Write semi-annual and annual narrative synopses
• Facilitate quarterly meetings with families and collaterals
• Attend clinical supervision and annual IEP/ISP meetings
• Facilitate time‑limited therapeutic groups
• Assist in direct care as needed
