Full‑time and part‑time opportunities available. Same day pay. Shift times: 3 PM‑11 PM, 11 PM‑7 AM.

Compensation: $5 per in‑patient benefit; $2 shift differential for evening shift; $3 shift differential for overnight shift; $6,000 sign‑on bonus for part‑time; $12,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time; $37‑$50 per hour.

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided.

• Current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of Massachusetts.
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
