We are seeking a dedicated RN to provide high‑quality resident care at Cape Cod Post Acute and Healthcare Center
, a 135‑bed sub‑acute and long‑term care facility. Your role will involve delivering patient‑centered care, administering medications, monitoring residents, and working closely with Nurse Managers and physicians.

• Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians’ plan of treatment.
• Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
• Perform medication administration and treatments per Plan of Care (POC).
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.

• Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
• Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once.

• Same Day Pay.
• Shift Differentials: $5 for all shifts, $2 for evenings, $3 for overnight.
• Sign‑on Bonus: $6,000 for part‑time, $12,000 for full‑time.
• Hourly rate: $42–$55.
