We are seeking a dedicated RN to provide high‑quality resident care at Cape Cod Post Acute and Healthcare Center
, a 135‑bed sub‑acute and long‑term care facility. Your role will involve delivering patient‑centered care, administering medications, monitoring residents, and working closely with Nurse Managers and physicians.
- Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians’ plan of treatment.
- Follow a plan of care designed by the Nurse Manager.
- Perform medication administration and treatments per Plan of Care (POC).
- Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly.
- Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Massachusetts.
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR).
- Ability to work with multiple patients at once.
- Same Day Pay.
- Shift Differentials: $5 for all shifts, $2 for evenings, $3 for overnight.
- Sign‑on Bonus: $6,000 for part‑time, $12,000 for full‑time.
- Hourly rate: $42–$55.
