A Typical DayYou’ll help others and see the impact of your work firsthand. You will inspire people to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money, building client relationships that grow stronger each year. Joining H&R Block as a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist means you’ll focus on how to wow clients now and in the future.
Preferred Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and/or in multiple locations
- Sales or marketing experience
- Answer phones and greet clients in a personalized, friendly, and inviting manner
- Match clients with the best‑suited tax professional for their needs
- Schedule clients according to their preferences
- Ensure all client needs have been met during service, in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Maintain office cleanliness and organization of resources with team members
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
- Previous experience in a customer‑service environment
- Ability to multi‑task
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office
