Merchandising Sales Associate

The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" tasks such as planograms, merchandise and fixture assembly, and signage maintenance. The FAST Team Member interacts with customers and Team Members to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, including varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Communicate proactively with District FAST Supervisor regarding work progress and issues.
• Complete planograms, resets, and store layout initiatives accurately and timely.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards and perform store measurements.
• Perform accurate cycle counts and complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang signage, assemble merchandise, fixtures, and PDQs.
• Review planogram integrity and recover store areas thoroughly.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service following GURA:
  Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, and Ask for value addition.
• Ensure a distinguished shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed, e.g., during high traffic days.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required. Knowledge of farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding preferred.
• Must be 18 or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding fields.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ethical issue resolution.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Indoor and outdoor environments with moderate noise; travel between stores using personal vehicle.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull merchandise up to 2000 pounds with equipment, and perform various physical activities including standing, kneeling, reaching, and climbing.
• Operate store equipment and communicate effectively with team and customers.
