JOB DESCRIPTION:One of the hospitals is looking for Routine Outpatient Pediatrics in Brick, NJ
Coverage:Days: 12/28,12/29.12/30.
Need to have NJ Med license, Fed DEA.
Routine Outpatient Pediatrics.
PPD: 18-22
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS- Must be Board Certified
- Must have NJ license and DEA at time of presentation
- Must have clean background and Malpractice history- if file has malpractice must email MSP coordinator for approval before presentation submitted.
- Must be Board Certified
- Must have NJ license at time of presentation
* will accept non licensed candidates with IMLC* - Will accept providers that need to get a NJ Med license, Fed DEA.
- Must have clean background and malpractice
- Must submit EPA and NPDB with presentation
- Must send availability with presentation
- All candidates must have met the minimum shift availability listed on the job.
- CV must have all dates in MM/YY to MM/YY format
- Work History must be in Sequential order with most recent on top
- Any Gaps over 30 days must be explained on the CV
- EPA (Please use the attached EPA. Its also in Trio under your Name & then click on Help)
- All Licenses, Boards and Certs with expiration dates must be listed on CV
- Anyone with malpractice must provide a NPDB
- Anyone with legal issues must provide supporting documents
- Board Certified

- New Jersey
- Pediatrics Outpatient practice coverage for vacation
- Holiday coverage
- Hotel Loding, Car rental available if needed.
