** Role Overview
** Tryko is hiring an Investment Analyst to support underwriting, evaluation, and execution of new investment opportunities, playing a key role in financial modeling, market research, due diligence, and preparation of investment materials.
** Key Responsibilities**- Underwrite and support financial analysis of potential acquisitions
- Build cash-flow models to value real estate investments (equity and debt)- Analyze financing options and assist with acquisition financing
- Prepare investment memoranda for recommended acquisitions
- Support due diligence: gather, review, and summarize property reports; assist with closings
- Provide market research and track industry trends
** Qualifications**- 1-2+ years experience underwriting/analyzing real estate and/or healthcare financial models
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
