Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | CFY Opportunities Autumn Lake at Salem County | Salem, NJ
SLP: $43–$46/hour | CFY: $35/hour | Full-Time | Benefits Available
Ultimate Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for Autumn Lake at Salem County. We welcome both licensed SLPs and graduates beginning their Clinical Fellowship Year. You'll work with residents on the communication, thinking, and swallowing skills that support their daily lives.
What You'll Do- Complete evaluations and identify treatment priorities with each resident
- Provide individualized therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing
- Share recommendations with families, nursing, and other care team members
- Track progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Clinical guidance for CFY candidates
- Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k)

- Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
- Active New Jersey SLP license or eligibility to complete a Clinical Fellowship in New Jersey
- Strong communication and documentation skills
