The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist oversees drug usage and ensures drug therapy optimization. Educates healthcare professionals and patients with regard to medication use.
Education,Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite platforms.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- PGY1 Pharmacy Residency.
- PGY2 Pharmacy Residency.
- Prior Clinical Specialist experience.
- Board certification.
Required:
- Registered Pharmacist License.
