Description:

RN responsible for providing patient-centered nursing care in the Special Care Nursery/NICU setting. Duties include assessing newborns, planning and implementing individualized care plans, performing therapeutic interventions, managing patient care, documenting per clinical standards, and supporting evidence-based nursing practices. Focus includes care of well newborns and collaboration with physicians and care teams.

• Active RN NJ license or Compact State
• Minimum 3+ years Mother-Baby experience
• Must have experience caring for newborns
• BLS (AHA required)
• NRP certification
