Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
to join its team at a nursing home in Brick, NJ.
- Provide full-scope primary care to residents
- Conduct new admissions and follow-up visits
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality patient care
- Active NP or PA license in the state of NJ
- DEA license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical provider role
- Nursing home experience strongly preferred
- Highly competitive salary:$130,000-$150,000 annually
- Full benefits package
