* Job Description:
** - Are you ready to make a real impact in the lives of patients during their most critical times? - Our Emergency Department (ED) RNs are at the forefront of patient care, tackling a diverse range of emergency situations for individuals of all ages.
- With specialized and innovative services, our ED RNs are prepared to respond swiftly and effectively.
- As a qualified ED RN, you will:
- Quickly and accurately assess incoming patients with both physical and mental health conditions.
- Prioritize injuries and medical needs effectively and efficiently.
- Utilize your clinical knowledge and analytical skills to formulate robust nursing care plans.
- Provide a wide array of professional nursing services with compassion and expertise.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel to ensure the best possible outcomes.
** Required
Skills & Experience:
** - Minimum 18 months of nursing experience in an ED environment.
- Recent ED experience within the last six months.
- Demonstrated high level of performance and practice.
- Ability to perform a comprehensive range of nursing duties.
** Required Certifications & Licensure:** - NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
- BLS - AHA certification.
- ACLS certification.
- PALS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours (4 trauma CEUs).
** Schedule Information:**

- Shift: 7P-7A
- Hours:
36 hours per week
- Weekend Requirement:
Every other weekend
- Float Requirement:
Potential float to a 12 BED Satellite ED
