The Arc of Ocean County in Brick, NJ is seeking a Community Transition Specialist to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities strengthen life skills and prepare for employment. This full-time role focuses on learning by doing, community-based experiences, and individualized coaching to connect goals with real-world opportunities.
You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with paid on-the-job training.
